online access to SINIKO, provides product information, and
enables users to purchase products and services. These
Terms of Use, together with the Order Conditions, are
called this "Agreement." By using LKR, you agree to each
of the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of
Use"). By ordering products, you agree to the terms of Use
and conditions of order set out below. We reserve the
right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior
notice to you. After any such modification, your use of
the Site constitutes your agreement to abide by and be
bound by this amended Agreement.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual
property rights in our sites (including copyright, trade
marks design rights, patents or other intellectual
property rights), and in the material published on it.
Those works are protected by intellectual property laws
and treaties around the world. All such rights are
reserved.You may print off copies, and may download

use or internal business use and you may draw the

Order Process
We welcome you to please the order for all the merchandise
from our website , you may need to read the order process
to understand how you purchase the merchandise and get the
service after payment and shipping.
Payment Term
We offer several convenient payment methods in US dollars,

Payment must be made in the currency used at the time of

Shipping Option
We offer different shipping methods: We can help you
arrange via Fedex DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, or other means, and
if you work with a specific Courier company, you can
choose your own logistics service. We also accept the mode
of transportation requested by our customers. Most of the
normal delivery time is 1-3 working days or 5-7 working
days, special requirements need to be confirmed with the
sales team.
Quality control and after-sales service
We guarantee that all products we provide are from the
original factory, authorized agents and authorized
dealers, and all products are original and new parts. We
will provide inspection records of all orders to be
delivered by our customer service team. We also offer a
one year warranty after delivery of the merchandise. We do
not accept cancellations unless the customer has a
legitimate reason. There is proof that our goods are not
original parts and new parts. When you receive the goods
after quality problems, please contact us within 3 working
days, we will comply with the after-sales service
agreement for you to replace the new parts. After-sales
service agreement is to provide you with better service
provisions, you may need to carefully read before product
complaints to deal with product problems. We do not accept
cancellation of orders after delivery, only replacement of
faulty products. For product problems with obvious damage
during shipping, we will only accept the package as soon
as you receive it and keep the photo. When a customer
complains about a product problem, we will ask for a
formal product problem description within 3 working days
after we confirm the problem. Formal product problem
descriptions include, but are not limited to, text
descriptions, photos, videos, preliminary tests, etc.
After confirming the product problem, we will replace the
new parts and bear the freight of the new parts. If
necessary, we may require the faulty product to be
returned for inspection or testing. The customer should
assist in returning the faulty part and we will bear the
freight cost.
Disclaimer
We will be responsible for providing technical support to
ensure the normal operation of the website, try to avoid
service interruption, or limit the interruption time in
the shortest time, to ensure that users can access the
Internet smoothly. However, we are not responsible for the
loss of records, messages or information caused by the
crash or unavailability of the website due to force
majeure or other reasons beyond our control. We will not
be responsible for any unauthorized access or illegal or
unauthorized use of information, including identifiable
information, under the following circumstances. If user
information (including identifiable information) is
accessed through unauthorized or improper use of user
account or login information or because the user fails to
secure the user username, password, or customer ID.
